Holland Engineering’s GIS capabilities allow us to create systems for the capture, storage, retrieval, analysis and display of spatial data. Linking attribute data to spatial features gives our staff the opportunity to include all information into a database allowing quick access for planning, maintenance and management. Our GIS Department is also equipped to provide statistical and spatial statistical analysis. From High Consequence Area Identification (HCA) to pipeline routing, our GIS Department has many applications for our clients.

Our GIS Department has the ability to present our data in a number of different formats. Whether it is a CAD drawing, a shapefile integrated into ARCGIS or Google Earth, or 3D renderings created from LIDAR data we are able to communicate the pertinent data to our clients in an innovative format.

Drafting

Our drafting staff offers services ranging from detailed project design and construction drawings to tailored drafting services utilizing industry standard platforms such as AutoCAD and MicroStation. We also incorporate Blue Sky Software, which provides automated mapping capabilities and allows easy extraction of project data to a client’s GIS system.
