HEI is preparing a land base model in real world coordinates for approximately 7,300 feet of bare steel main replacement for Dominion East Ohio.  This particular project is located in Garfield Heights and Maple Heights in Cuyahoga County just outside Cleveland.  The land base model will inlcude road centerlines, edge of pavement and right-of-way lines' landscaping, streams, wetlands and woods; building shapes, driveways, parking lots, municipality boundaries, property lines and utilities.
