HEI's Pipeline Group assisted Eastern Shore Natural Gas Pipeline Company with project administration, surveying, civil and environmental engineering services for the FERC filing of their proposed EasternShore Energylink Expansion (E3) Pipeline Project.  The proposed 77.6 mile pipeline was to originate in Calvert County, MD and service the Delmarva Peninsula with natural gas connecting with ESNG's existing system in Sussex County, DE.  HEI surveyed the route, provided route analysis to determine the most feasible routing for the pipeline, met with various state agencies to discuss the proposed pipeline location and provided presentation assistance for the public open house meeting.
