Mr. Gerald T. Ford, P.S. - President
Mr. Ford joined Holland Engineering in 1987 and has over 25 years of surveying experience including extensive knowledge in providing surveying services for state, federal and county projects. As President of Holland Engineering, Mr. Ford exercises his authority to dedicate resources and provide leadership to Management and is overall responsible for the leadership of the firm. Mr. Ford has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying-Engineering from Ferris State University and is also a registered Professional Surveyor with the state of Michigan.
Mr. Steven Lampen, P.S. - Vice President
Mr. Lampen has over 28 years of land surveying experience and has been with Holland Engineering for over 26 years. As Vice President, he is responsible for establishing and providing overall leadership within the operations of the firm including budgeting, scheduling, directing and prioritizing multiple projects. His additional responsibilities include financial management and company strategic planning. Mr. Lampen has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying from Ferris State University and is also a registered Professional Surveyor in the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ohio.
Mr. Brad Lyons, P.E. - Engineering Department Manager

Mr. Lyons has over 18 years of experience in design, inspection, start-up and management of a wide range of civil and municipal projects. As Engineering Department Manager, he is responsible for determining the labor, resource and financial needs of the department and takes an active role in business development with existing and prospective clients. He establishes, promotes and assures quality on all projects and work performed by department staff. Mr. Lyons received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and is a registered Professional Engineer with the state of Michigan.
Mr. Gary Smith, P.E. - Pipeline Group Manager

Mr. Smith comes to Holland Engineering with 31 years of experience in the design of both onshore and offshore natural gas gathering and transmission systems. Mr. Smith is a uniquely qualified manager, having managed the Pipeline Design Group for ANR Pipeline Company from 1988 to 2001. As Pipeline Group Manager, he is responsible for assisting with business development activities, managing client relations, supervising and mentoring project staff and ensuring cost-effective and timely project management. Mr. Smith has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and is a registered Professional Engineer with the states of Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
