Communications Coordinator

Holland Office

Holland Engineering is seeking a talented, energetic Communications Coordinator to join our growing firm. Working closely with the firm’s leadership, the Communications Coordinator will
support business development efforts, oversee all marketing collateral, and spearhead the firm’s communications and identity vision. We are seeking an individual who is committed to design

Holland, Michigan office; however this position will support multiple office locations.

Key duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing company templates such as project profile sheets, statements of qualification, team member resumes, brochures, and other collateral
  • Assisting with and coordinating client proposals and information packages
  • Ability to assist with the implementation of communication strategies, inclusive of all branded print and web materials, and advertising opportunities
  • Manage all social networking, media content and initiatives (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics), while maintaining a positive public image within these networks
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to support firm’s industry growth
  • Serves as a communication link between offices, disciplines, and corporate resources, sharing marketing activities and efficacy of efforts, and supporting ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Work with senior staff to develop, foster and maintain contacts and relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Research capabilities and ability to remain current on trends and new innovations impacting our industry
  • Travel {minimal} when the position requires it. This will include occasional trips to other office locations, attending marketing seminars and tradeshows, representing our firm at
    community outreach & charitable events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for a professional, outgoing individual with the following attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong graphic design instincts
  • Proven organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities while efficiently prioritizing daily tasks
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve, think creatively and strategically
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team setting
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment with tight delivery schedules and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Teams/SharePoint, Adobe, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with Graphic Design software and CRM systems, a plus

Education and Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical environment, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field of study.
