At Holland Engineering, our people are our greatest asset—and we’re proud to be recognized for the culture we’ve built together. We’re excited to share that we’ve been honored with a 2025 PRoof Award from the West Michigan Public Relations Society of America (WMPRSA) for our internal communications campaign: Battle of the Departments.
This award highlights our commitment to strengthening employee morale through thoughtful, creative engagement. The winning campaign was designed to spark friendly competition, encourage team bonding, and show appreciation for the everyday efforts that keep our company moving forward. From themed office events to department-wide challenges, the initiative brought energy, laughter, and connection to our workplace.
