BRIEF
The Arboretum at Pier Cove is a 62-acre recreational condominium community nestled between the Lake Michigan beachfront and the wooded Pier Cove Preserve. We provided engineering services to architect Dan Sutherland to support his unique vision for this residential development.
Sutherland’s approach enabled the construction to complement the unique character of the site while minimally interfering with the surrounding natural beauty. Each home design involved the work of local artists, metal workers, masons, and other tradespeople.
