Blair Street Non-Motorized Bike Path

BRIEF

We assisted Port Sheldon Township with the preliminary master planning of the overall trail system for the Blair Street Non-Motorized Bike Path. Our services included the pedestrian bridge design, pavement design, stormwater management, and coordination with private utilities, home owners, and the local public school along a 2-mile section of pathway.

We also assisted with the preparation of a wetland permit application and a grant application to MDOT. Construction plans, permitting through the local agencies, bid specifications, and advertising were handled in house.

In addition, we provided construction services such as construction staking, field observation, and contract administration.
