Bald Mountain Pedestrian Pathway

The Bald Mountain Pedestrian Pathway is 1.8 miles long, 1 mile of which is constructed parallel to park roads. Complementing the existing 15 miles of marked hiking trails within the Bald Mountain Recreation Area, the pathway consists of a 6-foot-wide asphalt surface with a 2-foot-wide gravel shoulder, as well as one 6-foot-wide portion of compacted gravel and a wooden bridge stream crossing.

We provided engineering design, bid document preparation, and contractor bid evaluation services for the installation of the pathway. We also assisted with inspection services while construction was under way.
