BRIEF
American Legion Post 49 is located on a 30-foot-high bluff overlooking the scenic harbor west of downtown South Haven. The bluff had begun to erode near the building, and we were contacted to explore bank stabilization options.
Our services included developing a stabilization plan, specifying materials for both building protection and aesthetic enhancement, exploring grant possibilities, obtaining permits for the stabilization work, and providing construction phase services.
