BRIEF
Holland Engineering, Inc. (HEI) provided a variety of engineering and surveying services for Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity’s new housing development located in Holland, Michigan.
Haven Townhomes is a set of 5 accessible townhomes built specifically for individuals with disabilities. By closely working with the non-profit organization, HEI was able to provide support from project conception through construction. HEI provided boundary and topographic surveys, prepared the final site plan, site engineering, and acquired necessary permits and approvals, including Township approvals, OCWRC stormwater approval, and OCRC driveway permitting. In addition to the design related services, HEI completed construction staking and condominium documentation.
