It is hard to believe we are completing the end of another busy construction season. Throughout this past year, HEI has seen continued growth in many of the local markets and has been privileged to be a part of many great projects. Several of these projects are completed already with a number of others under construction or to be constructed in 2015. Projects have included new commercial and retail buildings, commercial and industrial expansions and a hospital expansion. We would like to take a moment and thank the many great clients, design professionals, contractors, and owners we have worked with on these projects over the past year.
As we begin a new year, HEI already has a number of exciting local residential projects in various stages of design. We are hard at work on these projects in hopes of having them ready for construction by spring. These projects include; land divisions with larger lots and private roads, plats with public roads and full public utilities, condominiums on a golf course and a creative PUD along the lake shore. With over 15 design professionals and well over 150 years of combined experience in a wide variety of markets, HEI is excited to see this resurgence of residential market and is optimistic about what the upcoming year will hold.
