BRIEF
Working closely with Koops, Inc., its general contractor and its architect, we helped develop a site master plan that fully utilized the property and maximized the building area while accommodating the need for employee parking and delivery of equipment and raw materials.
Once the master plan was completed, we helped develop a phasing plan that would keep the building projects to a manageable size and avoid significant inconvenience to the owner during construction.
Once the planning phase was complete, we developed a complete site plan package, which was approved by the City of Holland. Due to the proximity to the Tulip Intercounty Drain, the storm water management system was designed by the Intercounty Drain standards and reviewed and approved by the Intercounty Drain Board. The storm water outlet was located within a forested wetland, which required review and approval through the MDEQ / USACE.
