Lincoln Pine Subdivision, Phase 1

We provided Eastbrook Homes with planning, engineering, and construction services for the initial 38-lot phase of an extensive residential development. The project included many complex engineering components, such as wetland mitigation, public sanitary sewer trunk lines more than 25 feet deep, public roads, a water main, and a storm sewer—all designed and constructed in cooperation with Grand Haven Township and Ottawa County.

The wide range of engineering, environmental, and survey services we provided enabled the developer to balance community needs and wetlands protection with the realities of cost management.
