Park Vista Place

Holland Engineering, Inc. (HEI) provided a variety of services for Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity and Jubilee Ministries’ new affordable housing development located in Holland, Michigan.

Park Vista Place is an affordable housing community of ten lots that were developed in partnership between Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity and Jubilee Ministries. HEI had the pleasure of working with these local non-profit organizations from project commencement through construction and post-construction services including a boundary/topographic survey at beginning through design and eventually as-built plans and site condominium documents.
