BRIEF
The complex Western Logistics project entailed the construction of a 30,000-square foot warehouse and logistics facility, complete with 15 loading docks and on-site tractor trailer parking, for a local logistics firm. The site was chosen for its proximity to the firm’s core client base and its access to the highway system.
Coordinating closely with the Ottawa County Road Commission, the City of Zeeland BPW, and Zeeland Charter Township, we:
- completed the master planning of an overall drainage project for the area
- transformed a local gravel road with no utilities to an all-season truck route
- extended public utilities to the site.
