Sault Ste. Marie’s First Certified LEED Gold Building

Holland Engineering recently provided structural engineering services for Osborn Commons, a 65-unit mixed-income apartment building located in downtown Sault St. Marie. The $14 million development was recently certified LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council.

Bank Stabilization

For this project, our services included developing a stabilization plan, specifying materials for both building protection and aesthetic enhancement, exploring grant possibilities, and obtaining permits among other services.

The Arboretum at Pier Cove

For this project, we provided engineering services to architect, Dan Sutherland to support his unique vision for this residential development.
