Project Highlight – Haven Townhomes
Haven Townhomes was designed specifically to meet its homeowners needs. HEI provided surveying, engineering and design services for Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity’s latest housing development. Located in Holland, this project is meant to offer individuals with disabilities the opportunity to experience homeownership. We are excited about this accessible addition to the Holland community, and the opportunity it gives to its residents.
Company Updates
We’ve Merged!
In January, we announced our merger with OMM Engineering. Now, we have fully integrated their staff into our Holland Office. We are excited to witness the growth of our combined efforts.
Supporting Our Community!
This year, we are furthering our commitment to support our team and the communities we live in. Just this year, we have donated over five thousand dollars to local non-profits, youth sports, community initiatives and scholarships.

Project Highlight – Park Vista Place
10 new homes were built in Holland by Jubilee Ministries and Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity. This offered the perfect opportunity for mixed-income families to become first-time homeowners.
Client Appreciation
Lakewood Construction has been a loyal partner to HEI’s Civil and Structural Engineering Groups. Located in Holland, Lakewood Construction has a talented team of construction and design professionals. We worked on our first project together all the way back in 2013!
